Faced with a need to develop sales and marketing materials for a highly sophisticated software program that could also function as a training program/demo, New World Multimedia was charged with developing an interactive CD ROM for use in the field by the customer's sales force. The resulting CD provied to be a highly successful sales tool which directly resulted in increased product sales. |

In early 2003, New World Multimedia was asked to develop a personalized e-mail communications program that would be used to a) notify approximately 10,000 of our client's customers of a critical system change and b) provide them with a Web-based platform for delivering the bulk of the message and a mechanism for users to submit administrative change requests. New World Multimedia was also able to provide relevant metrics on the e-mail campaigns as well as subsequent Web site activity.

In response to our client's needs for detailed Web site metrics, New World Multimedia developed a Web tracking tool that met the customer's need to track the Web site activity of multiple microsites on a session-level (individual) basis. The functionality of this application(s) has continued to evolve - now providing detailed metrics on the success of ongoing e-mail and banner ad campaigns, conversion metrics and (communication) channel performance. This application has enabled our customer to develop significant and respond to market needs and preferences as borne out by an analysis of the data. |
